Cellular Phones

Report a Cellular Service Problem on Campus: Use this form to report poor cellular service conditions on campus. Please provide as much detail as possible to help us work with your cellular carrier to improve service. Information gathered regarding cellular service problems is aggregated and provided to carriers periodically so they can make decisions on how to address coverage gaps.

Cellular coverage is essential for the daily operational, business, public safety, and emergency service needs of the campus. The university is committed to making outdoor cellular service available all over campus by working with participating carriers and providing pricing incentives to make the service more affordable to students, faculty, and staff.

Turn on Wi-Fi Calling to improve service inside buildings.  Coverage studies show indoor locations with poor cellular service usually have working Wi-Fi Calling.  Visitors to campus can also use Wi-Fi Calling on the utguest Wi-Fi network free of charge.

Students, Faculty, and Staff Discounts

To make it easier and more affordable for you to stay connected, a number of cellular discounts have been negotiated exclusively for members of the university community.
